Nakitha Scott is a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned her Master of Science in Human Services with a specialization in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University CACREP Counseling Program. Nakitha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Interdisciplinary Families Studies from Arkansas State University (ASU). Nakitha is a National Certified Counselor with a specialty as a Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor. Additionally, Nakitha is a Registered Play Therapist, Registered Integrative Sand Tray Therapist, Certified Clinical Anxiety Therapist Professional, Tele-mental Health Therapist, Certified Aut-play Therapist, Certified Infant Mental Health Therapist and Independent Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant. Nakitha is also a Trauma Focus Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Trained, Trained from Postpartum Support International in Perinatal Mood Anxiety Disorders, trained in PCIT, Level -1 Theraplay trained, Level-1 Certified Community Wellness Coach and Nakitha has completed Cultivating Leadership in Washington DC through Healthy Start Initiative Program. Nakitha has worked as the Director of a Healthy Start Initiative Program implementing various programs for women and men, pregnant moms, postpartum mothers and their children. Nakitha has worked in the mental health field for over 15 years with vast populations ranging from infants, preschoolers, children, adolescents, adults to geriatrics. She believes understanding and processing the past helps the person to understand who they are now and who he or she will become in their future. Through acceptance of self, clients will work towards their healing in a safe and supportive environment. She uses an integrative approach to therapy relying heavily on CBT method. LaQuita Dominique Graves.is a college graduate with an associates of Arts degree, from ASU Mid-South Community College. She is the office manager, marketing lead, and blogger host for Restoring Hope Counseling and Consultation. Ms. Graves is passionate about acting, uplifting others with laughter, positivity and walking others through a journey. Ms. Graves believes these things also relates to counseling. Additionally, Ms. Graves shared even in her personal experience; it helps make an individual feel safe to open up and talk to get a resolve, which is healing, wholeness and freedom within.

Mia James is a long time Registered Nurse who obtained her credentials as a lactation counselor. Nurse James have an extensive nursing career which has included specialties in pediatrics, school nursing, private duty tracheostomy care and paraplegics, as well as hospice and Medicaid assessments. Nurse James is here to assist you with your needs for educating on the importance of lactation and breastfeeding. Nurse James would like to use the skills she has obtained as a nurse and lactation counselor to spread education in the community with the common goal of providing awareness on the importance of lactation and breastfeeding.

Urica Raye born April 8, 1982 in Shelby
County TN. Urica is a loving mother, grandmother, and wife. Urica lived her life freely and silently; while using her pain, strength, and transparency to help others overcome. Urica is a graduate from Life Coach School of Arkansas and is the author of "Unveiling the Mask After the Pain." Urica is Bold, Courageous, and an Encourager of Faith, knowing that one day her time will soon come. Urica is passionate about people and cares about what is happening in their lives which drives her passion for supporting women and military spouses. Urica is an Author, Entrepreneur, Life Coach, Military Spouse, Motivational Speaker, and Veterans Care Giver.
BRENDA WILLIAMS

Brenda Williams is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a Master's in Social Work and a concentration in Leadership. Also, Mrs. Williams obtained a Bachelor of Science in Social Work with a minor concentration in Sociology from Arkansas State University. Mrs. Williams has worked many years with children and their families of vast populations ranging from preschool to high school students. Mrs. Williams was a supervisor for a child development center. Mrs. Williams holds many certifications in parent trainings. Mrs. Williams is certified as an Incredible Years trainer and certified in Managing Youth Trauma Effectively (MYTE) for Foster and Adoptive Parents educating individuals on identifying and understanding trauma. Mrs. Williams is certified in Ages and Stages ASQ , ASQ-SE2, and Edinberg Depression Screening. Mrs. Williams is passionate about advocating and educating on the milestones of children. Mrs. Williams enjoys helping people and individuals thrive in their communities.
KATHERINE LEWIS
LADAC-II, MCA, CSC, M-RAS, Mental Health Clinical Counseling Intern
Katherine Lewis began her career in Chicago, Illinois in 1990 as a Milieu Technician on an adult psychiatric unit. Katherine holds a Bachelors in Psychology from Chicago State University, a Master in Human Services Administration from Spertus Institute (Chicago) and have recently completed the coursework for a second Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Addiction Counseling from Walden University. Katherine is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor Level Two, (LADAC II) and a Qualified Clinical Supervisor through the State of Tennessee Health Related Boards, a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC) through Tennessee Certification Board and IC&RC boards and through the Breining Institute of Addictive Disorders, holds a Master of Counselor Addiction (MCA), Clinical Supervisor Credential (CSC), and Master’s Registered Addiction’s Specialist (M-RAS) credential. While in Chicago, Katherine worked as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor at the Bobby Wright Mental Health Center, as a Clinical Coordinator, Assistant Director and Facility Director for Cornell Interventions, a residential and outpatient treatment operation that served adults and children who suffered with Substance Use Disorders. Katherine has also served as the Clinical Supervisor at the Alexander Youth Detention Center in Arkansas and later the Director of a Juvenile Treatment Center in Georgia at the same company working with youth who experienced various levels of trauma. Katherine is one of the former Directors at the TN Shelby County Rape Crisis Center and currently works as a Department Director at a fully integrated behavioral health center where she oversees an array of supportive services provided to indigent populations with as array of mental health diagnosis. Katherine also oversees the residential treatment program for pregnant and postpartum women who present with a Substance Use Co occurring Disorders and is a member of various professional counseling organizations.
RACHEL WALKER-RAND
Independent Psychological Examiner/Birth and Postpartum DONA Certified Doula/ Placenta Specialist
Rachel Walker-Rand is an independent Licensed Psychological Examiner within the state of Arkansas. She has vast experience in providing mental health therapy and psychological evaluations to a variety of populations. Mrs. Walker-Rand has gained her certification as a trained birth and postpartum Doula through DONA International and she is a certified as a trained Placenta Specialist through Birth Beautifully Inc. Additionally, Mrs. Walker-Rand is the owner of "Rand Doula & Parental Support Services." Her passion is to support families as they navigate their journey through parenthood by providing emotional and physical support, education, empowerment, and advocacy. Mrs. Walker-Rand is here to provide clarification with behavioral health diagnoses through the administration of psychological evaluations as well as provide education and support to families and various populations that are preparing for birth.

Apostle Johnathan Davis is a native of Chicago, IL. Skill, patience, and excellence are what he brings to the table. Apostle Johnathan Davis will assist individuals through managing their wellness as our season consultant on spiritual wellness. Apostle Davis provides pastoral support, individual consultation, and newly added weight loss, wellness, and bariatric support to individuals and their families by sharing information and knowledge as they work to achieve good health. Apostle Davis along with his beautiful wife Jessica Selvy- Davis are the founders of Kingdom Seekers International Ministries of Arts (KSIMA) in West Memphis, AR. Apostle Davis operates as the lead Pastor of KSIMA where he has implemented various outreach programs including the "Book-A-Thon Literacy Initiative" and "Healing School" which focused on healing from various traumas by understanding the spiritual and the practical. Apostle Davis has written a host of successful plays that have assisted people in healing through creative arts. Due to his own challenges and experience with weight loss, Apostle Davis desires to pay it forwarded by assisting others with support in an online setting and advocating for healthy eating, exercise, and wellness.

Mrs. Kesha Miller Harris has been in nursing for over 20 years. She is a wife, mother, pastor, and health advocate. Mrs. Harris has organized several organizations which allows her to carry out her passion for teaching health promotion and disease prevention strategies to faith and general communities, including Church Nurse Ministries, Holistic Health Massage and Wellness Center, and Confidence and Caring Consulting.
